Warehouse Receipt
System
From truck arrival to a tradable electronic Warehouse Receipt. Every deposit is graded to BMX contract specifications and receipted in the Central Depository — unlocking finance and transparent trading.
The deposit journey
Each step is tracked against a unique tracking number for full traceability, with an impartial, system-assigned Sampler and Grader.
The crop owner is verified as a registered BMX Client/Member; driver and truck details are captured and a unique tracking number is issued.
Origin, commodity, bag type, number of bags, weight and harvest year are recorded against the tracking number.
A Sampling Form is issued and the system randomly assigns a Sampler for impartiality.
Representative samples are drawn per BMX procedure and the Sampling Form is signed.
The sampling result (passed/failed) is entered; a pass proceeds to grading.
A Grading Form is issued and the system randomly assigns a Grader.
Quality parameters are measured in the laboratory and the Grading Form is signed.
The system computes the grade (1–4) against BMX contract specifications.
The client accepts, requests a re-grade, or rejects the assigned grade.
Commodity is unloaded, re-bagged, weighed and stored; a Goods Received Note is created.
The Warehouse Manager approves the GRN; the Central Depository then creates the electronic Warehouse Receipt.
The signed GRN and truck details are verified and the exit is recorded.
